The Carolina Breeze joined our operation at the end of 2015.  She is a freezer boat, meaning she has an onboard flash freezer, and the hold is actually a freezer. This allows the Carolina Breeze to travel in search of shrimp, and stay out for a longer time, all the while keeping the shrimp in pristine condition. She typically fishes anywhere between Pamilco Sound in North Carolina, and Cape Canaveral in Florida. We are lucky to have Donnie Brown, a seasoned Captain from Mt Pleasant, at the helm. During times when the local shrimp are not around, we are especially glad to have the Carolina Breeze looking for shrimp for us!
